Our IACC certified Learning Center is second to none.
With 15 meeting rooms to
choose from, we have the perfect venue for any size meeting.
TECHNOLOGY:
- Video on Demand: The ability to provide a unified portal
for accessing Live and On-Demand media over the Ethernet
network, providing two-way video/audio from any network
(VLAN) jack in the building.
- Mobile Video Conference System
will allow video conferencing from meeting rooms
Governors,
Chairman’s,
Schoellkopf, and
Red Jacket as well as the ability
to facilitate video conferencing to and from any location, via
IP and ISDN. The Mobile Video conferencing system can also
provide the ability to “broadcast” live content from the above
rooms and store it for later use.
- Permanently Installed Audio Visual in the following meeting rooms:
Governors,
Chairman’s,
Schoellkopf, and
Red Jacket.
Each of these rooms has LCD projector and screen, Video playback
(DVD and or VHS), input for computer, Stereo speakers for video or
computer playback.
Governors room has
motorized lectern w/microphone
and wireless Lavaliere OR handheld microphone.
Chairman’s room has in
place of LCD projector has a 60” plasma screen.
- Portable 78” Poly Vision Walk and Talk Interactive white board’s
w/IBM laptop computers for use anywhere in the facility. These boards
may be used as stand-alone or in conjunction with a portable LCD projector
to provide a portable interactive presentation system in rooms that do not
have permanently installed audio visual.
- Portable Equipment on site:
- LCD Projectors
- DVD/VHS playback
- Wireless Mics
- Wired Mics
- Mixer
- 27” TV w/stand
- 42” Plasma screens
- Fully integrated private wired and or wireless network throughout facility.
- Janus computerized displays throughout facility. 12” LCD screens located
outside of each meeting room with the ability to show simple reader board signs and
or elaborate power point presentation. Also located in key locations throughout the
facility are large plasma screens with the same ability as the LCD screens with the
exception the plasma screens can handle video playback VHS/DVD.
